Deer Hill Management Corporation provides property management and real estate support services, including but not limited to:

Service Agreements

All property management services are subject to individual service agreements that specify the scope of services, fees, and terms specific to each property. These individual agreements supplement these general Terms and Conditions.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your properties
• Maintain adequate insurance coverage for your properties
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Make timely payments for services rendered
• Communicate any changes that may affect service delivery

Fees and Payment

Service fees are outlined in individual service agreements. Payment terms, including due dates and accepted payment methods, will be specified in your agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service contract.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deer Hill Management Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for services in the twelve months preceding any claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements in accordance with the terms specified therein. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for breach of these terms or non-payment of fees.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
