30-Day Refund Policy

Deer Hill Management Corporation offers a 30-day refund policy for eligible consultation and administrative service fees. We are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our services.

Eligible Services

The following fees may be eligible for refund:

  • Initial Consultation Fees: Fees paid for initial property assessment and consultation services
  • Administrative Setup Fees: One-time fees for account setup and documentation preparation
  • Prepaid Service Fees: Unused portions of prepaid management service packages

Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Management fees for services already rendered
  • Third-party costs (contractor services, inspections, etc.)
  • Emergency service response fees
  • Property marketing and advertising costs already incurred
  • Legal or compliance-related service fees

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Submit your refund request in writing within 30 days of the service date
  2. Include your name, contact information, and service details
  3. Provide a brief explanation for your refund request
  4. Send your request via email or mail to our office

Processing Time

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method. You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for services that have been partially rendered. The refund amount will be calculated based on the portion of services not yet delivered, minus any incurred costs.

Service Agreement Termination

If you choose to terminate your service agreement within the 30-day period, any prepaid fees for future services will be refunded, less any services already rendered and reasonable administrative costs.

Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, you may request a review by contacting our management team directly. We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly and promptly.
